Tesco Customer & Colleague Engagement Centre, Dundee

Step Inside Tesco’s Customer & Colleague Engagement Centre

The Scotland Contact Centre Forum (SCCF) is delighted to invite members to our next Forum on Tour, hosted by Tesco at its Customer & Colleague Engagement Centre (CCEC) in Dundee.

Join us for an insightful and interactive morning as we go behind the scenes of one of the UK’s most recognisable brands, exploring how Tesco uses data to inform decision-making, builds its workplace culture and brings its customer and colleague engagement teams together.

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from the people behind Tesco’s operation, exchange ideas with fellow contact centre and CX professionals, and take away practical insights to bring back to your own organisation.

What to expect:

  • Insight to Action: Discover how Tesco uses data to support decision-making and turn insights into action.
  • Our Culture & Meet the Teams: An interactive workshop exploring Tesco’s culture and an opportunity to hear directly from its teams.
  • Peer Learning & Networking: Connect with fellow SCCF members, share experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing today’s contact centre industry.

Whether you’re interested in operational excellence, people and culture, or making better use of data, this Forum on Tour promises valuable insights and meaningful conversations.
