As a natural leader, she inspires her team to deliver customer delight at every touchpoint. Along with a passion for customers, she firmly believes in providing everyone with the right support to succeed. Through mentorship, training, and fostering a culture of collaboration, she ensures that everyone in the contact centre can reach their full potential. She is dedicated to creating a motivated and empowered workforce.
