Awards Dinner

By entering the awards your organisation is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following entry criteria and terms and conditions.

Please read the list of categories available to select the awards you would like to enter. Please read the criteria carefully to ensure you have selected the correct category for your entrant. 

Your entry should be evidence based and concise and you should provide evidence of targets reached if appropriate and/or achievements. For the Team and Company Awards in particular please consider:

  • The background to your project/initiative (why the company/team initiative was developed, your objectives)
  • How it was created/implemented
  • What results it has achieved against targets and objectives
  • Provide evidence of success – highlight the results – give results, compare against targets and evaluate impact on behaviour and performance
  • What challenges were facing your department/organisation / what changes did you want to bring about?

The awards are free to enter and open to all contact centres based in the South West of England employing more than five staff. Organisations can enter as many categories as they wish BUT only three entries are permitted into any one category.

Any initiatives/entries submitted must have been carried out by an individual/team or contact centre from May 2023 to April 2024.

Information will be treated in confidence and not disclosed to anyone other than the judges. The judges’ decision is final. Judges may not be contacted by entrants in any way or means during the competition. Any attempt to do so may result in your application being rejected.

ENTRIES

Please use the font Arial or Calibri size 12 throughout the application and appendices.

Once completed you should save the file as a Word document and name the file as follows:
a) for individual categories:  company name – entrants name – category
b) for team & company categories:  company name – team name - category

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - INDIVIDUALS

Submissions should be no more than 4 sides of A4 written in a 12-point typeface. An additional 2 pages of A4 page attachments will be accepted. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – TEAM & COMPANY

Submissions should be no more than 6 sides of A4 written in a 12-point typeface. An additional 4 pages of A4 attachments will also be accepted.

AWARDS CEREMONY TERMS & CONDITIONS

There is no fee to enter the Awards, however all finalists are expected to attend the Awards Dinner in Bristol, and if for some reason they are not able to attend, an administration fee will be charged as they will have been processed through the judging system.

All supplier costs associated with the event have to be paid in advance which means that all table bookings must be paid in full prior to the event. Please make payment in accordance with the payment terms on the invoice received from SWCCF Ltd.

Please note that cancellation fees are applicable on all table bookings as follows:
Within 60 days of the event - 75% of total
Within 40 days of the event - 100% of total.

Finally, please send your entries to tracy@marshmarketing.co.uk. If possible, please send your entries attached to one email (individually or in a compressed folder) and please incorporate the awards entry form as page one of your entry rather than as a separate document.
