AI, Automation & the Future of Service Design

The future of customer experience isn’t being shaped by one technology. It’s being shaped by an entire ecosystem.

The London Contact Centre Forum invites London’s CX and contact centre leaders to a focused Eco-System Event exploring how AI, automation and service design are coming together to reshape customer operations.

Held at the Zoom Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) in London, this event will bring together senior leaders, practitioners and technology experts for an insight-led conversation around what the next generation of customer service could — and should — look like.

As organisations accelerate their adoption of AI and automation, the challenge is moving beyond individual tools and isolated use cases. How do we connect technology, people, processes and customer journeys to create experiences that are genuinely better — not simply more automated?

Throughout the session, we’ll explore the opportunities, challenges and practical realities facing CX leaders today, including:

  • AI beyond the hype — where is it delivering meaningful value for customer operations?
  • Intelligent automation — identifying where automation improves the experience and where human expertise remains critical.
  • Service design for an AI-enabled world — rethinking journeys rather than simply adding new technology to existing processes.
  • Connected CX ecosystems — bringing together channels, data, technology and people to create more seamless customer experiences.
  • The leadership challenge — what CX and contact centre leaders need to consider as operating models continue to evolve.

This won’t be a day of back-to-back presentations. In keeping with LCCF’s approach, the event will be built around conversation, peer insight and real industry challenges, giving leaders the opportunity to learn from one another and explore what transformation looks like in practice. This reflects LCCF’s positioning as an insight-led community built around influential conversations rather than simply another networking or events group.

Who should attend?

Designed for senior CX, customer service, contact centre, operations, transformation, digital and technology leaders from organisations across London and the South East who are responsible for shaping the future of customer experience.
