We know that a happy and healthy workforce will better support our business goals, but how do we make this a reality? What are other centres doing to promote health and wellbeing? What works, and importantly why does it work? This group is for health and wellbeing decision makers and influencers who want answers to these questions.
Within quarterly sessions, we’ll learn about, discuss and debate new health and wellbeing data explained by University researchers, and come together to share and develop effective and practical solutions that promote health and happiness in our employees. We’ll cooperate under an umbrella project led by Liverpool John Moores University and Lancaster University in partnership with CNW and SWCCF.

Dr Lee Graves
I’m a lecturer and researcher at Liverpool John Moores University. Based in the Research Institute of Sport and Exercise Sciences, my passion is to help people develop and lead a happy and quality life - especially those who need the most support. Many people do not have the money, time or support outside of work to improve their health, so the team and I look forward to helping contact centres encourage healthy behaviours and create health-enhancing work conditions for their employees. Our vision is for this group to affect the sector by doing their best to make positive changes happen within their organisation and by championing positive changes to other organisations.
