Winners announced in Glasgow in April

Finalists will now progress to the next stage of the judging process before the winners are revealed at the Scotland Contact Centre Awards Dinner, taking place in Glasgow on Thursday, 23 April 2026.

The awards ceremony will bring together contact centre professionals, business leaders and industry partners from across the country for an evening dedicated to celebrating achievement within the customer service and customer experience sector.

The Scotland Contact Centre Awards are organised by the experienced team behind the Northern Contact Centre Awards and the South West Contact Centre Awards, two well-established programmes that have recognised excellence within the UK contact centre industry for more than a decade.
