Life insurance broker Reassured win 3 awards at Call North West Northern Contact Centre Awards 2020

Reassured is now the largest life insurance broker in the UK. 

Since forming in 2009 with just 4 members of staff we have sold more than 814,000 policies, have secured over 42,000 Excellent Trustpilot reviews and today employ over 650 people across the UK, including a thriving sales office in Sale, Greater Manchester.

On Thursday 5th November Reassured won an impressive 3 awards at the Call North West Northern Contact Centre Awards 2020.

Sales director at Reassured’s Manchester office Lisa Pointen was asked why they value the Call North West awards so highly and she said;

“To be nominated as finalists for 6 categories within the Call North West Awards was a huge achievement in itself for Reassured, we are extremely proud to have won 3 awards and is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the hard work and dedication everyone within Reassured has demonstrated.

Over the last 18 months Reassured Manchester has grown significantly and to be recognised for the hard work everyone has contributed is a real honour” 

We were very proud to have won 3 awards on the night;

  1. Best Agent Induction Programme
  2. Recruitment & Retention Strategy
  3. Contact Centre of the Year (Medium)

To have won these categories feels like a great reward for all the hard work we have invested over the last few years.

Winning the Contact Centre of the Year award was especially pleasing as the entire Manchester office have contributed to this success. Which is also great for the morale of the team.

However, it was also fantastic for our induction programme and retention strategy to be acknowledged too. Our people are genuinely the bedrock of our success and these areas are vitally important to both developing and retaining skilled and happy staff.  

We entered the awards because Reassured’s core business is telesales and we take great pride in what we do and being the best in the life insurance market. To be recognised by an established body such as Call North West, who have been in operation since 2003, means we receive the acknowledgement and recognition we feel we deserve.

We work very hard at Reassured, but our people also like to enjoy themselves too, so we like to enter a select few award ceremonies to enable them to let their hair down and enjoy our success, which they as individuals have been instrumental in achieving.

Obviously, this year with the Covid-19 pandemic, physically attending the ceremony is impossible, however this has not dampened our excitement of winning these awards and enjoying the success.

From a wider business perspective entering these awards also provides the opportunity to secure valuable press coverage.

Lastly, entering these awards raises our business profile in the north west region and we believe will open up further networking opportunities in the future.

Will we be entering the awards again next year?

Absolutely. We are a very ambitious and competitive business and so look forward to trying to exceed this year’s results. We would also recommend other local call and contact centre businesses to get involved.
