Presented by the Experience Marketing Association, the Marketing & Creative Excellence (MARCE) awards, are a coveted symbol of industry leadership, rewarding organisations who demonstrate the highest standards of creativity in marketing and customer experience.
This year, the award ceremony took place in Annapolis, Maryland, in the US. Premier CX were awarded 3 MARCE awards in recognition of the work undertaken to improve the caller experience journey for their clients. Those awards were:
- Most Effective IVR Prompt: Cambridge City Council
- Most Effective Music On-hold: Welsh Water (Dŵr Cymru)
- The Best in Show: Welsh Water (Dŵr Cymru)
The IVR prompt for Cambridge City Council was hugely successful due to a redirection to a simple explainer video, also created by Premier CX. The video that customers could access, gave them clear and concise instructions to register for the Council’s online portal. The award-winning IVR prompt with video explainer, increased online portal registrations by 30% in the first month and reduced AHT by 18%. There were 1,500 views of the video in the first 5 months! The Premier CX team were absolutely delighted with all 3 MARCE awards and loved our visits to present and celebrate each of these awards with Cambridge City Council and Welsh Water.
