The wait is over — we are delighted to announce the finalists for the 2025 Northern Contact Centre Awards!
This year’s entries have been nothing short of outstanding, showcasing the talent, innovation, and dedication that make the North’s contact centre industry one of the best in the UK. Our independent judging panel had the incredibly difficult job of selecting the shortlist from a record number of nominations, and we’re proud to now share those who have made it through to the final stage.

What’s next?
Our finalists will now move on to the next stage of judging, where the winners will be decided. The results will be revealed at our Northern Contact Centre Awards ceremony on Thursday, 23 October 2025 at The Edwardian, Manchester, an evening dedicated to celebrating the very best of our industry.
