HR and recruitment are such important fields of work in enabling businesses to achieve success. We are the mechanisms to find, train, develop and nurture talent and help to influence and shape culture.
As a group of professionals we should be encouraged to share good and best practice, learnings, ideas and initiatives, and systems or procedures that have transformed how our people engage with our businesses. This is what the Group will try and achieve.
We will look at the core parts of an employee’s journey, from attraction and on-boarding to retention, engagement and attrition, focusing on the specialist demands of a contact / claims centre based workforce.
We hope by creating a confidential, open dialogue, our members can go back to their workplace encouraged, challenged, and excited about the tasks and plans ahead of them with added value from their peers in the field.
The Group is open to all internal HR and recruitment functions. We would like to encourage as much representation from business therefore whilst we will support 2 people attending from any one business, we might reserve the 2nd place to ensure all first requests can be accommodated.
Recruitment agencies would attend by invitation
We aim to bring in a speaker who is an expert in the field and can support a topic with research, knowledge or live data to help shape and inform discussions. Watch this space!
