DESCRIPTION:London\, you’re invited.\n\nOn Thursday 1 October 2026\, we
 ’re officially opening the doors to the London Contact Centre Forum (LCC
 F)\,  a new community created to connect\, support and inspire the people
  shaping the future of customer experience and contact centre operations a
 cross London and the South East.\n\nAnd where better to begin than at the 
 London headquarters of our headline partner\, Zoom.\n\nLondon and the Sout
 h East are home to circa 800 contact centre operations\, spanning financia
 l services and enterprise headquarters in the City and Canary Wharf\, tech
 nology and fintech businesses in East London\, through to major customer o
 perations across the Thames Valley and wider South East. Yet despite the s
 cale and influence of the region\, London has lacked a dedicated community
  bringing its contact centre and CX leaders together.\n\nLCCF has been cre
 ated to change that.\n\nOur official launch will bring the community toget
 her for the very first time - connecting senior leaders\, customer experie
 nce professionals\, industry experts and the organisations driving change 
 across the capital.\n\nExpect an evening of big conversations\, valuable n
 ew connections and industry insight\, alongside the opportunity to meet th
 e people behind LCCF and discover what’s ahead for the Forum.\n\nThis is
  just the beginning. LCCF will create year-round opportunities for the com
 munity to connect through insight-led events\, peer-to-peer user groups\, 
 industry content\, leadership discussions and opportunities to learn from 
 some of the region’s leading customer operations.\n\nLondon is ready. Th
 e community is coming together. And on 1 October\, we officially open the 
 doors.\nPlaces for the launch are limited\, so early registration of inter
